ARNA brings you the “ARNA SONG CONTEST 2023” wherein you will be engaged and entertained by composing and sharing a new song for “ARNA BRAND”. And the winner will receive a cash prize of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Interested participants can send us their version of “ARNA SONG” to ARNA Beer Official Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/arnabeer) or email it to contest@yetibrewery.com

CONTEST DETAILS:

1. The submission must be original. Copied tune and/or song in full or part will be disqualified without giving any reason.
2. Submission must be compatible audio format, MP3, M4A or WAVE
3. Participants are encouraged to share more than 1 option, which may also increase their chance of winning.
4. Participants can submit a mobile recorded version initially, but they need to submit a final studio recorded version if they win the contest. However, the mobile recorded version should be good enough and understandable.
5. Yeti Brewery Pvt. Ltd. holds the rights to set a judging panel to judge the submissions.
6. The winner will receive a cash prize of Nepali Rs. 10 Lakhs (Nepali Rupees Ten Lakhs) – taxes will be applicable as per the Government of Nepal in the prize money.
7. After the winner is announced and the prize has been received by the winner, all rights to the submission will be reserved by ARNA and Yeti Brewery Ltd.
8. The contest will run from 5^th June 2023 up to 1st September 2023 (Shrawan 22, 2080 – Bhadra 15, 2080)

ELIGIBILITY:

Participants must be, as at 22^nd July 2023

• Nepali citizens, Nepali permanent residents, or Proof of “Born in Nepal”
• Above eighteen (18) years of age.
• Participants must include their Official Name, Contact Number and Address along with audio files.
• The submission must be original. Copied music/tune/lyrics all or part of it, will be disqualified.
• Submissions that do not reflect the essence of the brand will not be selected.
• If in case 2 or more submission gets equal total points given by the judges panel, then in such case Yeti Brewery  Ltd. holds the right to divide the prize money among the winners.
• Government taxes are applicable in all the cash prizes.

THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST:

• Employees and contract staff of Yeti Brewery Ltd. and their immediate family members.
• Employees of vendors, advertising agencies and/or external auditors of Yeti Brewery Ltd.
• Yeti Brewery Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event that the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria and/or is ineligible to participate in the Contest.

NOTIFYING THE WINNERS:

Yeti Brewery Ltd. holds the right to select the winner depending on the ‘song’ they share. The final winner of the contest will be announced in the official Facebook page of ARNA Beer – facebook.com/arnabeer.

If the Winner does not respond within the time period of 15 days from the date of the Notification, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the prize.

In the event that a Winner is ineligible, disqualified, does not claim the prize, is un-contactable for any reason and/or deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize, Yeti Brewery  Ltd.  at its sole discretion may decide if a replacement Winner should be selected.

LIABILITIES:

Yeti Brewery Ltd. and/or ARNA cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize.

Yeti Brewery  Ltd. and/or ARNA is not responsible for any errors, non-delivery or missing of entries, due to malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer or mobile telephone equipment, software or network failure including any injury or damage to the participant’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for the purpose of the Contest.

Yeti Brewery  Ltd. decision on all matters relating to or in connection with this Contest, including the award of the Prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation, shall be final and binding on all participants of the Contest, and no queries, correspondence, claims, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Yeti Brewery Ltd.’s decision on the same.

By opening a Facebook Account and using any services, products or features of Facebook or any other social media platforms for the purposes of the Contest (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto this platform), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and Yeti Brewery  Ltd. and/or ARNA shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage. Comments, photos, and video responses posted to ARNA Facebook page are also subject to the terms of use of this platform.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or any other social media platforms. By participating in this Contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook and/or any other social media platforms from any claims.

Yeti Brewery  Ltd. may vary these terms and conditions or suspend or terminate the Contest without any notice or liability to any participant or party.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF A PARTICIPANT:

You consent to our collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal data according to the provisions of our Privacy Policy and for the purposes of this Contest.

If there are any terms and conditions contained in this form which conflict with the provisions in our Privacy Policy, such terms and conditions shall apply over the conflicting provisions in our Privacy Policy.
